Support customer success, onboarding check-ins, and account health for PRIMAX institutions.
About the role
What you'll do
Help ensure institutions onboard smoothly and get value from PRIMAX. You'll support account reviews, issue triage, and relationship touchpoints with operations and support teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding milestone tracking and client check-ins
- Document client feedback, issues, and feature requests
- Support training sessions and user adoption initiatives
- Prepare account health summaries for the customer success team
- Coordinate internal teams to resolve client escalations
Requirements

- Studying or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with good follow-through
- Interest in customer success and financial technology
- Professional written communication

- Exposure to banking, microfinance, or cooperative operations
- Experience with support or account coordination roles
