About the role
What you'll do
Join the PRIMAX product team to support roadmap research, user story writing, and feature validation for modules spanning lending, savings, compliance, and APIs. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams.
Responsibilities
- Research user needs across microfinance, cooperative, and digital lending segments
- Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation
- Support sprint planning and feature prioritization discussions
- Gather feedback from pilots and early institutional customers
- Track product metrics and competitive landscape insights
Requirements

- Studying or recently graduated in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Curiosity about fintech, banking operations, and B2B SaaS
- Ability to translate business problems into clear requirements
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams
Nice to have

Not required, but helpful for this position.
- Experience with Figma, Notion, or Jira
- Basic understanding of APIs or banking workflows
