Own day-to-day product operations, release coordination, and cross-team delivery for PRIMAX.
About the role
What you'll do
Bridge product, engineering, and customer teams to keep PRIMAX shipping reliably. You'll manage release processes, operational playbooks, and institutional rollout coordination.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate product releases, changelogs, and deployment communications
- Maintain operational runbooks for onboarding and support handoffs
- Track delivery milestones across modules and institution projects
- Work with engineering on incident follow-ups and process improvements
- Support data gathering for product decisions and executive reporting
Requirements

- 2+ years in product operations, project coordination, or similar role
- Experience working with software or fintech products
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Clear written communication and documentation habits

- Experience with regulated financial services
- Familiarity with agile delivery and API-based products
